The exhaust gas is pre-collected by the gas collecting hood, continuously transported to the spray tower by the fan, and then transported to the spray tower of the system through the transportation function of the ventilation duct, where the gas is sprayed and washed by acidic washing liquid (alkaline washing liquid).
The gas components in the exhaust gas that are prone to odor are fully contacted and mixed with the acidic (alkaline) water mist, and a neutralization reaction occurs, forming a good gas-liquid intersection. The sprayed water mist forms a treatment layer with a large porous contact surface in the packing layer of the spray tower to further treat the organic waste gas.
After the water mist passes through the packing layer, it all returns to the water tank at the bottom of the spray tower for recycling. An automatic stirring and dosing system is installed outside the washing machine, which can automatically detect the pH of the neutralizing solution and automatically add dosing agents according to the concentration of the neutralizing solution to keep the neutralizing solution in a certain acidic (alkaline) state without causing any problems. The deviation of the neutralizing liquid causes uneven treatment effect or leakage of waste gas treatment.
When the gas blows upward from the bottom, it just encounters the sprayed water mist. The water mist combines with particulate matter, alkaline gases or acidic gases in the exhaust gas and is carried away by the water. The gas then passes through the packing layer and is further adsorbed or reacted by the adsorbate placed there. Then, the water mist is separated by the upper mist eliminator and transported to the next step through the exhaust gas outlet.
The countercurrent process of spray tower waste gas treatment, that is, acidic or alkaline acid mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct, passes through the packing layer, and the waste gas is sent out from the bottom of the tower. After being distributed by the gas distribution device, it continuously passes through the gap between the packing layers in counter-current flow with the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid.
On the surface of the filler, the gas and liquid phases fully contact, absorb, and neutralize, thereby absorbing the acidic or alkaline contaminants contained in the exhaust gas. The acid mist exhaust gas is purified by the spray tower, dehydrated and defogged by the demister, and the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorption liquid is pressurized by the water pump at the bottom of the tower, sprayed downward from the top of the tower, and then returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling.
