Introduction of lithium battery crushing, sorting, processing and recycling equipment

Our company has devoted itself to the research of lithium battery recycling methods and perfect processing technology for many years. Combining the characteristics of lithium batteries themselves, after hundreds of experiments, we have summarized a complete processing plan, which mainly recycles positive and negative electrode materials, copper and aluminum in lithium batteries.

The scrapped lithium batteries enter the shredder for shredding, and the shredded batteries enter the special crusher for crushing, breaking up the positive and negative plates and diaphragm paper inside the battery. The scattered materials enter the collector through the induced draft fan, and then the dust generated during the crushing is collected and purified by the pulse dust collector. The materials entering the collector enter the airflow sorting screen through the closed air blower, and the diaphragm paper in the positive and negative plates is collected by airflow and vibration, and the dust generated by the airflow sorting machine is collected at the same time. Then the mixture is separated and recycled by the combined process of hammer vibration crushing, vibration screening and airflow sorting for the positive and negative electrode components of the waste lithium battery. The experiment uses ICP-AES to analyze the metal grade of the experimental samples and the separated and enriched products.

The results show that after crushing and screening, the grade of copper and aluminum in the crushed materials with a particle size greater than 0.250 mm is 92.4%, and the grade of positive and negative electrode materials in the crushed materials with a particle size less than 0.125 mm is 96.6%, both of which can be directly recycled; in the crushed materials with a particle size of 0.125~0.250 mm, the grade of copper and aluminum is low, and can be separated by air flow at an operating air flow speed of 1.00 m/s to achieve effective separation and recovery of copper, aluminum and positive and negative electrode materials.
